The photo supplied was taken at last weekend’s Napier Art Deco Festival, which is held every year here in Napier to commemorate the 1931 Earthquake, and the rebuilding of the city in the Art Deco style, current at the time. The events brings in 30,000 visitors to celebrate all things Art Deco.”
