      • Motion 3: I move to loan the host group $4,000, to be repaid to MAFCA within 90 days after the convention. The host group shall increase this amount by 10% of their profits.
      • Motion 4: I move to accept the registration form for the 2026 National Convention as presented on September 4 via email.
